Hmm with inflation from the last gig this could get to $200 a ticket LOL.

PS went last time and thought it was a pretty good show, much better than I was expecting...

Saw Bullet For My Valentine at Thebby last night. Awesome show, big fan and unfortunately hadnt seen them till last night. Played 2 encores which was different even after the lead singer looked like he had lost his voice. He couldnt get the voice going for the chorus in "Begging For Mercy" but that didnt matter the crowd sung it for him. Was without a doubt the LOUDEST concert i have ever been to and my ears are still suffering today.

On a side note, a big BOOOOOOOOOOOO! to the security guards who were telling the girls on peoples shoulders wearing nothing but pants and bra to get down. Rock concert + boobs = :D

They can wear what they want, but if some girl wants to get on some guys shoulders in front of me she can be expected to be pelted with shit.

If you are thinking about heading to this one see who the supprot act is. Cause last time they played Queens of the Stone Age were so much better than the pumpkins who just played self indulgent crap.

I guess that is a matter of opinion. TSP’s last 20 minutes or so was nothing more than a jam session really, and yep, you could certainly call it self indulgent. It was a very varied and interesting set list to that point though.

I’ll be honest and say that QOTSA do nothing for me.

It’s a shame I never saw TSP back in their ‘heyday’. I’ll still go along for nostalgic purposes.

Cool, haven't seen them live, I'll be there.

Held at the Entertainment Centre Theatre, is that a new part of the complex?

Chris "Klondike" Masuak guitarist with Radio Birdman and The Hitmen is bringing his band (the North 40)to the Grace Emily this wednesday night. Well worth checking out if you like your Rock and Roll with a Detriot/Stooges feel. 8)
