How about those scenes from the South Melbourne game!
From what I have been reading, they have a history of scoring late winners!

Last night's scores:

Heidelberg United (Vic.) 1-0 Perth - crowd 2,811
Peninsula Power (Qld.) 0-2 Melbourne City - crowd 4,017
Olympia (Tas.) 0-5 APIA Leichhardt (NSW) - crowd 1,252
Western Sydney 1-0 Wellington (AET) - crowd 3,189

Western Sydney's 120th minute winner and Heidelberg's 'cupset' over Perth, being only the fourth occasion in which an A-League side has been beaten by a state league side, are the highlights from last night.

And from last night:

Blacktown City (NSW) 3-2 Central Coast - crowd 1,667
Moreton Bay United (Qld.) 4-2 Broadmeadow (Nth. NSW) (AET) - crowd 1,197
Gold Coast City 3-1 Western Knights (WA) - crowd 1,033
Darwin Rovers 0-8 Sydney - crowd 2,680

As you can see, Central Coast have once again been beaten by a state side in the Round of 32, meaning that only five A-League sides will go thru to the Round of 16.

Adelaide United play on the final matchday of the Round of 32 at Marden on Wednesday night at 7 p.m.

United were probably lucky to win 1-0 over Newcastle today, courtesy of a Michael Marrone headed goal in the second half. Newcastle hit United's woodwork twice and squandered a number of big chances. Adelaide are rewarded with a Round of 16 tie later this month against Melbourne Victory.

And for some utterly inane reason, United's match against Victory will be played at Marden (Wednesday 23 August) rather than at Hindmarsh.

Parking was difficult last week with 2,500 attending. Should be a total nightmare next week.
