That is an incredible goal, only 18 too. No wonder United and Arsenal are trying to sign him.

First sacking of the season...Cov's Andy Thorn gets the boot after 3 games in L1.

Bit harsh IMO

Coventry a shadow of their former selves at the moment.

Dramatic semi final day in League 1
Yeovil scored late to beat Sheffield United 2-0 on the day and 2-1 on aggregate.
Brentford led Swindon 3-1 before Swindon came back and equalised in the 95th. The away goals rule doesnt apply otherwise Swindon were through, instead it goes to ET and then penalties which Brentford win.
Yeovil aiming for their first ever trip to the second tier of English football

Yeovil Town won 2-1 over Brentford and are promoted to the Championship.
Pretty big news for such a small club who were only promoted to the League 10 years ago after playing Non League football for over 100 years.

Huge result for Yeovil, they only average 4000 to a game.

Brentford were a penalty away from promotion in the final league game too.

And applied to join the league at least 8 times before the automatic promotion / relegation came in

Terrible news that they have won promotion to the Championship. Further devaluation IMO

Same could be said about every team in the premier league that is qpr and smaller then (yes burnely included)

there is nothing wrong with a smaller team, they have earned there way there so dont think it devalues the comp at all.

And the "handful" of fans the away teams will only be able to take to Yeovil due to the size of their Ground! It only holds at capacity 9,565 and only 5,212 seated. If the FL force them to do a "reno" and make it all seated that will reduce the capacity even more. Current FL Rules state home clubs must provide 2000 seats for away fans or such numbers as represents 10% of total capacity if under 2000. Based on that then the visiting teams can look foward to getting around 956 tickets only!
Piss weak SANFL and the CLOWNS who run it.

Actually it will be 521 away fans
I don't think they need to give up any standing terrace places and the all seated rule doesn't apply until you have been in the CL for 3 years
