Arsene told fabregas that Ozil now plays his role in the team and he is not required. Mind you we still have not been paid our 15 million from barcas transfer clause when selling fabregas to another club.

There is FFP targets but that really only affects sides playing in European comps.

Yeah sounds like he is off to PSG.
Funny how all these players want to play in the CL but they choose clubs who will never ever win the CL. PSG have always and will always be non competetive in the CL. I would bet everything I have that United will win the CL again before PSG. I would understand if he wanted to go to Bayern or Barca or even Chavski but friggin PSG.
Great to see PSG get the same wet lettuce treatment as Barca regarding FFP, PSG are not allowed to have a nett spend of over €50m and they just spent that on David Luiz so they are either thumbing their nose at UEFA or they have to offload several players
