It was an emotional morning, and I think the boys were feeling it as well, as the first 12 minutes was very very ordinary, the first goal they scored really was from poor defending.

However from that time on, I really felt we held our own, we did get a few shots on goal, but really they lacked any penetration to trouble the keeper.

An observation I have made, is that we really need to stop passing back to the keeper and play slightly higher up the pitch.

I feel if we can get a first early second half goal the stadium will erupt and it could make Chesterfield very nervous....

Chesterfield, just displayed too much composure on the ball, and the gulf between the two sides was evident, however we did hold our own for an extended period of the match.
