When you are in a forum, look at the address bar, and in the words "viewforum" type a random letter, and hit enter... I got this:

Yeah its just a page that comes up on various websites as a default if you put the wrong URL in your address bar. Been around for years. Was a parody of the usual 404 page, I reckon its been around at least 7 years.

Yep it came out at the start of the second Gulf war around 2003.
