I think most of the posts being perceived as "against" Hayne are from posters that do know about and follow the NFL and are annoyed that people that know nothing are grandstanding Hayne like he's conquered the NFL.

Are people forgetting that this is a professional sport, and putting yourself out there, you are inviting people to criticise every snap you play?

He put up very mediocre numbers today, and just because he's done a great and difficult thing transferring sports, it shouldnt mean he gets preferrential treatment over other guys that can walk into that side and perform better.

I hope he does do well, but the media need to leave him tonit for a year or two, or the hypes gonna kill his career.

Hes the 4th RB on a terrible roster. That makes him one of the most cuttable players in the league. The 49ers have made their money off his jersey sales, so if he keeps putting those numbers up while being under the microscope, he wont last long.

Anyone that watches Hard Knocks can see there are hundreds of guys that deserve a shot at the NFL before Hayne does.

I think I nailed it, quite frankly.

Like most of us that understand and watch the game, why are we not surprised at him being waived.

7-mate now scrambling to find out the name of other teams and match-ups so they can show. Watch now for a flood of Cowboy games who are just as bad as the 49ers.

Would love to know who the programmer is at 7-mate for these games as they can't pick sh!t for us to watch.

Loving my NFL Game Pass at least I get to see Raiders games each week

As a raiders fan, Fourth Estate, this year will be the first time for awhile that you are seeing quality games, Carr is looking like a very good quarterback.

As a Tampa fan, I am still stuck with watching crap games.

Bengals v Steelers has been close all game. Bengals were 10-6 down at 3/4 time but currently 16-10 up with less than 2 mins left and Pittsburgh have the ball.

As Tony and Mike said repeatly on PTI, until they win a playoff game, you just can't trust the Bengals.

Looking forward to the game against the Cards later this month, Dalton v Palmer will be Interested.

Looking at the scorecard, did the saints and the Giants join the Arena Football League today?

How the **** did we lose to Tampa?

Our offence has gone from capable of winning the NFC, to absolute horsesh*t in 4 weeks.

Watched the Dal v Sea game, the Cowboys were screwed over! Seattle's TD wasn't one, and on Dallas' second field goal Seattle had 12 on the field after a time out, the refs threw a flag, Seattle tried to call a second time out, were told they couldn't, then the flag magically went away

There are some terrible throwbacks uniforms out there

Blue and gold packers
Sky blue and gold Eagles
Titans of New York (Jets)
Brown and gold Broncos

I do own an old Tampa creamscile jumper, that people hate, but it brings back memories of when I pick them as my team as they were so bad.
It is still better than the crap they are wearing now.

Hayne back on the 49ers practise squad.
Comment from 49ers is he is too raw fir game time, needs further development- which is obvious.
I hope he keeps working at it, and fixes his deficiencies.

I'm spoilt following the team with the beat uniform in the world even if we can't win anything.
Off topic but WTF is with these post game prayers? Almost enough to put me completely off the sport, ******* wanker yanks.

I actually quite like the current Tampa uniform. And Jacksonville and Tennessee's.
Also, don't mind the old Packers one, gives a bit of a sense of the roots of where the NFL IMO.
Agree about the BRoncos and Eagles throwback uniforms.
