Interesting take on the reality show. Probably spot on with that call. The thing with Vince when he played the authority role and well I might add is that he still got hit, Stone Cold Stunnered or showed fear at wronging wrestlers. There was a degree of respect for the product and the worker.

The show can't go forward without Dolph and even Ryback as it's thin enough with top line talent and a champ that doesn't show up. I was hoping and/or praying for Sting but alas it was not to be. He has to show by or at the Rumble though.

Rumble should be awesome as it will be free from 2 x 20 minute vomit worthy authority mic spots and the wrestling will be the show. I can't imagine the 3 fired guys won't be in the Rumble and things should take shape for Mania answering many questions such as Sting, Bryan, Taker, Orton, Cena, Brock, Seth and whatever other surprises they throw in. Between now and then I won't be watching too closely unless they start moving forward.

Can't sleep so I have been reading about Wrestling for the last hour.

WWE are getting murdered for the tripe they served up the other night and various other recent infractions.

What was it Punk said about H3 and Steph before he left, it's proving prophetic.

I just watched NXT and it was clearly clearly better than RAW and I won't play spoiler but I have read the Smackdown results and it will have that covered as well.

I,ll focus on the positives and forget about the worst Raw ever produced.

Sammy Zanes intro was electric as the crowd welcomed the new champ as did Neville and ultimately Regal booked their rematch
All the mic spots were sharp, entertaining and didn't drag. Kidd was hilarious
Curtis Axel appeared as a mid carder and they started his program with a clean pin fall loss. Bravo
Tyler v young Olympian was really good. I liked the story the in ring work told without anyone needing to use a mic
The tag title main event whilst not having the ending I wanted was still a good main

How the WWE can book such a solid promotional program and screw up the one with 50 x the crowd, 10 x the resources and the best talent in the industry is felonious

Did you expect Sin Cara to win that match in the end?

Sin Cara beating the new IC champ clean in the centre of the ring for his first title defence makes no sense. Sin Cara (version 2) is a guy that has been sent to NXT to work on his craft and that booking is idiotic. If this was done to elevate him onto the main roster and start a push it would be understandable but he is still NXT tag champ. It's just another booking that is completely nonsensical. Barrett was made to look weak and one of the mid card talents that could have been rightly elevated looks like he will be swimming amongst mediocrity for some time to come.

The most worrying bit for me was Sin Cara beat Del-rio just before he got the ass from WWE only to be sent back to NXT.

I'm all for surprise and upsets but they need to mean something or lead somewhere.

It's not just my words, there is a chorus of ex-WWE superstars becoming increasingly vocal about the bookings and how the current story lines have hit an all time low.
