SAFooty market Rules

This forum will be a trial so we can monitor the success of it and see if any complications arise. To enable this forum to work there will be several rules/disclaimers and these will be an ongoin work in progress:
1) Personal trading only, any business or what we deem as professional sellers as we deem will be banned. If you are a business or professional seller contact admin@safooty.net to negotiate a sponsorship of the site if you wish.
2) Buyer/Seller/Trader beware, SAFooty accepts no responsibility for items sold, bought, traded, swapped, etc, we will not mediate any transactions, negotiations or purchase arrangements between buyers/sellers/traders. SAfooty does not evaluate sales on this forum nor does it endorse any products for sale here. Safooty does not vouch for the condition of any product nor the accuracy of any item.
3) SAFooty.net is only concerned with any disputes between traders if it is clear that innappropriate behaviour has occurred.
4) Any illegal or what we deem innappropriate behaviour will result in people being banned from the site.
5) SAfooty hold the right to delete any post at any time and only what we deem as appropriate items for sale/trade will be allowed. Common sense is to be used here, ie no sex toys for sale but a fridge is fine, etc.
6) Guidelines for topics in this forum:
a) Make the topic of your thread clear, each topic title will have at the front of it For Sale/Wanted/To Swap/Give Away: (and then the item summary).
b) Make your topic clear, give details of the exact price you want and any conditions that might apply. Give a clear consise summary of what the item is.
c) An item can not be posted more than once in any month period, no 'bumping' of topics will be allowed.
d) If you're interested in an item or have someone interested in your item conduct negotiatons, organise delivery/pickup etc by private message or email so users details can be kept private.
e) People can only create topics in this forum if they've been a member of SAFooty.net for at least 6 months and have made at least 100 posts.
f) You can link your ebay auctions if you like.
