Havent had cahnce to weigh myself but guts gone down apperently according to girlfriend. My diet has been only eat cherry tomatoes when feeling peckish in front of the idiot box.

Make sure you clean out your cupboards of snacks everyone. You can't munch it down if it's not there. That means you have to actually go out if you want chips or norty food. That should put you off (unless you jog to the shops...).

So clean out those cupboards and make sure they don't find their way back onto the weekly shopping list.

Nice thought MK, but a drive to the 24 hour servo is too easy...
I don't buy "bad stuff" when shopping, but allow myself 1 treat a week (when shopping).

Go for thin-crust and try the vego option (ie no meat). Not as bad for you as the meat-lovers special!

Knowing everyones weight doesnt give us a true indication of where we are really at due to our different heights.... what say we put our heights in brackets next to our weight..... Im exactly 6 foot.

I am the heaviest in the biggest looser stakes WTF.... are we all fitness freaks on here???? all this talk of 5 km walks and erobics is making me crook.....
Hey dutchy want a side bet on our weight loss... we are about the same.... could add further interest...
