There's always been good topics on this forum about health, fitness, losing weight, etc but it had taken a recent spike in activity so it seemed the perfect time to trial this forum, I'm personally looking forward to it. Enjoy!

Good work Wedgie. I've been on the fitness regime since new years. Planning to keep it going long term this time.
