We got camera's installed Tuesday, I just wanted to view a 15 minute period from yesterday afternoon from the front camera.

Next thing you know, the neighbour has come over next to my car (which was parked on the road), pretended to pick something up off the ground and then was peering into my car window acting suss behind a tree.

Young lad at work comes in around 10:30, said a pipe he was holding up / welding came down and clunked him on the head. Eye witness agreed that it did. Yes. There's a big difference between scrutiny and accountability, and pushing the envelope when established social norms have outlived their used-by date, and out-and-out paranoia.
