Saturday i took a bit of a leap of faith and took the girls to the zoo. Where we met the kids and the girl i am somewhat seeing. I was really worried how it would go down, but it was an excellent day and the my girls really liked her and got on pretty well with her kids... We played just the friends card to the kids because they don't need to know anything different.

That's all you gotta do mate, they'll feel a part of it and soon they'll ask "can we go visit so and so".

HR do drug testing? Maybe a few targeted 'random' tests are in order?Lightning McQueen wrote:Not sure where to stick this but I'm caught between a rock and a hard place, I have a colleague who I suspect is on the gear, others have insinuated it too as their behaviour is way out there and they sneak off to their car a couple of times a day at the exact time each day and come back absolutely glowing, sometimes I think they can see straight through me.
Their boss whinges to me about their behaviour but does nothing.
