If women are so good at multitasking, why can't they have a headache, and have sex at the same time???

The new version of the TAC ad, "Thinking About Drinking" (where people have drinks hovering over their head as they go about their day) has some extra footage on it. Toward the end - just after the scene where three women are walking down the street - is an interior shot of a pub.
I've been to this pub before, a few times I reakon, but cannot think for the LIFE of me where it is. Does anyone out there know where it is? All other scenes involving outdoor shots in this ad appear to be from SA (I'm pretty sure its the Robin Hood Hotel at Strathalbyn early on in the ad).

While one policeman was taking down the drivers' details the other one was having a good look at the car. He ran his hand under each right hand side wheel rim, checking the metal at the inside of the top of each rim. He didn't check the left hand side.
I need to know - what was the second policeman checking regarding the rims?
