What's the standard overtime rate?

Is it double time?

I work for the government and standard penalty rates are as follows.

Arvos are 15%
Nights are 20%
Weekends are 50% (time and a half)
P/hols are 150% (double time and a half)

Makes sense to me...
I am not talking to you for 3 minutes because you punched me in the head and it hurt and that was not okay for you to do

That's what it is at my work (production staff wise). Sundays is double time. I'm pretty sure afternoon shift is 15% loading in industry workplaces if you finish before 12am. Our afternoon shift finishes at 12.30am so they get 30% loading. The Afternoon shift get doubletime and a half plus the 30% loading on Sunday.

Most heart rate monitor type watches have built in GPS these days.

My Garmin FR60 whilst not a GPS capable watch I would happily buy another Garmin, no issues other than a battery replacement 3 times....

The bet time to be hangover is when you have something on early, start the beers earlier, get rid of hangover earlier. Easy :)

Garmin products are fantastic, I have the forerunner 610 which is outstanding but pricey, have a look at the forerunner 110 & 210 does what you want at a decent price.
