Price is fair enough. When I was looking for accom I considered renting in North Adelaide but it's crazy dear.
If I stayed single would have probably gone for the CBD which was much cheaper.

I was keen on the apartments in the southern end of Prospect but having my son living with me sort of killed that idea, I like growing vegies and sitting out the back having a few bevvies and a punt so I'm glad I got a house for now. Mind you, I had to take what I could get, every open had at least 50 applicants in attendance.

Pfft. You're on O'Connell St and ALH have a pub on that street where I still get half price meals. ;)
PS I think I've cooked something twice in the last 8 years!

Between the "bathroom" and the door to the balcony.

For that sort of price I expect the onions to go on top.

Coughing up a tenner for two snags and a can of solo with "Keep the change mate, good on you for volunteering" just changed.

Had Coast FM on in the car this morning. They were advertising an own fundraiser at Bunnings Mile End this Saturday, in which the price of $2.50 per snag was explicitly spoken. Giddy up!
