Personally I boycott them because I don’t want to go to a Coffee shop that masquerades as a petrol station. It absolutely infuriates me to have to wait in line to pay for fuel whilst some school kid is making soy lattes.

I have no problem with them and use the one we have here on a weekly basis.
I believe however the rumors that have always existed about how they made their initial money on top of also well rumored poor employee conditions probably is where the dislike comes from.
