Catherine Andrews was driving. Neither of them avoided the breath test (Police stuffed up by forgetting to do one), and I've no idea why Dan would take one anyway when he wasn't the driver. He called an ambulance, and did not leave the scene until the cyclist had been taken off to hospital and the police had attended. I'm not sure what further help the Andrews family should provide, in the absence of any evidence of their being at fault.

Claiming the cyclist should be charged is a bit weird. (Again Catherine, not Dan.)

It's important to scrutinize the cooker conspiracy theories pretty heavily, regarding this accident.
