I, well we, have made a real effort to communicate about it from both sides. Helps me more than it does her I reckon.

Yup, at times it feels like I’m up to my nostrils which isn’t a bad thing as it keeps my mouth shut….

All you can do is be supportive and try to understand.

At times I’m accused of wanting to go after a 20 something yo younger women.

I simply say why would I do that and go through perimenopause again….

Best thing to do is just be there for her, take the hits and get through it. No point getting angry or frustrated as it makes it worse.

Takes a bit of time but as I’ve mentioned previously, our last 12 months have been very good.
