I've got the woolworths rewards app that keeps a record of your receipts for the last 12 months.
Lets you look at what you were paying for the staples 12 months ago and 12 months now. Real 10%-20% increases across the board which is extraordinary for the time period.

Lets you look at what you were paying for the staples 12 months ago and 12 months now. Real 10%-20% increases across the board which is extraordinary for the time period.
Don't have rewards but recommend Flybuys, I save up my credits and put it towards the xmas food shop. Usually get around $400 per year.
