It's a boy btw, yet to agree on a name... Apparently Beowulf and Hardwynne are not appropriate

as i said, both the wife and i getting full night's sleep would help a ton. i would lose my patience quickly if he started cracking it after keeping us up all night

Our first settled at eight weeks....EIGHT WEEKS! We thought this kid thing was easy. Then we had number two....

yep, our first has been sleeping through the night since about 6-8 weeks old.

we are under no illusions how easy we have it though - especially given my sister in law has twins who are 18 months old and they still dont sleep for more than 5 hours total

My youngest sleep two hours a day for the first two years of his life.....and that was with me laying on the lounge and him on my chest.

Crazy thing is from 3 years old he goes to bed and then out like a light.

The kid is or you are? ;)

I tell everyone our kids were good sleepers from day one but the wife tells a different story.
Apparently I didn't always hear them!

well of course i ******* jinxed it. My lad was up from about 1am to 5am last night. Probably the worst night ever now that i think about it. Back teeth are coming through.

Even though my wife did 90% of the work settling him, im still bloody tired now!

Good luck mate!

Colic is even more fun. A decent sleep feels like winning the lottery.

It's an old Irish/Gaelic name that means "free man" or thereabouts.

I've loved the name ever since I came across the 'GI' album by the Germs about 16 years ago.

Congrats Q! The joys of boys! Hooley Dooley!!!

Mrs Goodness is 33 weeks today so it is a very pleasant and calm atmosphere in my house right now... school holidays and all don't help that and i reckon my inhaling is enough to cause irritation!

The gristle between your ribs expanding and contracting upon those inhale and exhales would be excruciating. :D
