I made a change 6 months ago after 16 years at same employment.
Best thing I’ve ever done.

Grass isn’t always greener but it’s what you make of it.

I’m sure you’ll make the right decision either way.

Juande broken leg yesterday vs Melbourne City ..... 36 years old , that could well be his last professional match

Bit of controversy with no ambulance present at the game

In Nov. 2018, static ambulance services were withdrawn by Ambulance Victoria and instead Emergency Physicians were installed at the stadium.

“Emergency Physicians are doctors who have specialised in Emergency Medicine as specialist medical practitioners they are able to provide a higher level of care than a paramedic.

“That change was approved by PFA in 2018 and has been policy in Victoria ever since. In every other state, it remains policy to have static ambulances.

All the best mate, while it is slowing down it's still an employee market out there so still a good time to improve your situation.

I must be one of the few that has no issues with no ambulance as a “just in case” measure with the amount of people requesting ambulances everyday. Teams have doctors, medical personnel etc at the ground

Your probably right....the safest place to have an injury like a break etc would be at a football game where you are surrounded by teams of doctors and medical personnel.

Given the current ambulance situation across the country adds to the need for a wait and see ambulance.

Agreed, is there an ambulance at every amateur and junior sporting event?

just a broken leg, he's not going to die. As other people have said there are medical professionals there who can monitor him and administer pain medication.

Keep the ambulances for the serious cases out in the community.

Its interesting that's its a requirement in other states and Dan Andrews has seen that the service is suited elsewhere( bloody masterstroke ) ... To only 15 minutes on a Sunday afternoon is bloody good .

13 minutes wasn't it?
Would have taken 5-6 minutes for them if they were sitting there drinking coffee

Beat up IMO

never seen one at my kids footy/netball/baseball. one of the parents usually gets tasked with being the "first aider" for each team. no qualifications required... (currently 10 and 13 for reference)
