What does craft mean?
I initially thought it was small boutique brewers brewing multiple types of beer flavours.
I associated craft with the size of the beer company more so.

Craft in it's true sense is independently owned brewing with traditional methods.
Someone like Big Shed with a canning line and thousands of litres of weekly production would be pushing the label craft brewery.
Someone like Beer No Evil, Shapeshifter, Shifty Lizard, they are what I'd see as craft brewers.

Or you’d prefer your beer to taste like beer and priced accordingly.
I just can’t justify spending $90 on a box of craft beer that I’d enjoy the same as or less than my $55 carton, it’s all each to their own though, everyone has their own tastes and desires

I pay $35 a carton ( not a box, 16 beers for $80 can go jump ) but I'm happy to try different beers all the time.
Much of the cost of craft is based on the ABV, the more % the more tax.

You can go and brew it or ask Axl to brew the beer for you, then you can keg it or go and bottle it. 50lt = 6 cartons.
Your first batch of 144 bottles costs $50 on top, from there you take them back and sterilize them before re-bottling.
I've been doing it once a month with a mate for over 8 years. 3 cartons each and we bottle and cap in about an hour on a Saturday morning.
Over 100 beers to choose from, we've tried probably 50 or more.
Go in and check it out one day.
