Windows 3.11 was OK. You could adjust settings for each program to set how much RAM it could access. At one time I had two copies of a medical billing programme designed for DOS 3.3 running in Windows 3.11 simultaneously under vshare - one for each of two practice locations.

And I recall DOS 4.00 - the version that lasted about 2 weeks before it was replaced with v. 4.11.
(Deleting a file also deleted the File Allocation Table.)
EPIGENETICS - Lamarck was right!

The nutty neighbour over the road.
the family appear to live their lives in the front yard.
One of the sons (in his 40s) still lives at home and every weekend the lawn must be mowed amongst other chores he must do to earn his keep

So ive just heard her talking to a junk mail deliverer.
she mentioned about who would buy a house looking like that, pointing at 3 houses including mine when you have a front yard like that compared to this.

Yes, I do acknowledge that our yard, needs work, but there are other priorities at the moment which includes work in the house and out the back. We get on really well with neighbours on one side of us, who have a really good entertaining area out the back.
as he points out, we live out the back, we don't live out the front.
as I point out, when I look out the window I get to admire a good front yard.

however, out of the 3 houses she was rubbishing, im fairly certain none of us are selling up in a hurry.

but I also think, if you are a burglar, you look at a yard doesn't look that great, compared to house, where the family cut the edges with SCISSORS you would be looking at that house thinking that they would probably have more valuables inside.

But I do love it, that she hates what she sees across the road. over the course of a normal weekend, they would spend around 15 hours doing the garden out the front,. the three of us neighbours combined might spend a total of 15 mins per week.

My conversation with my 6 year old daughter today

Daughter- 'Dad do you still have the receipts for the new 'frozen' alarm you bought me'

Me- 'yeah but why?

Daughter- 'I think my alarm clock is broken and we need to get a new one'

Me- 'why do you think it's broken'

Daughter- 'it keeps waking me up early in the morning'

Lol
