Type a users name - and then above the text box, on the right hand side, you'll see a tag that says tag, so highlight the text and use tag and it will send a notification to that user that their name has been used in vain
ie; @Spargo
TIp: You have to type the users name exactly as they have it written or the tag won't work, dashes, capitals and all...

I feel so safe now knowing a police officer are freely allowed to assault members of the public.

What apology? The cop is as guilty as it comes, guarantee this won't be the last we hear about it.

what is he guilty of exactly?
A JURY has acquitted Constable Norman Hoy of assaulting millionaire Yasser Shahin — and the judge in the trial says the case should never have gone ahead.
In a highly unusual move, District Court Judge Paul Rice this afternoon asked his opinion of the Const Hoy prosecution be passed on to Director of Public Prosecutions Adam Kimber, SC.
With jurors still present, Judge Rice said the case had effectively wasted two weeks of court time because it had no reasonable prospect of ever convicting Constable Hoy.
He said a “proper assessment” of the evidence, prior to trial, would have shown that.
“Merely because someone said something happened in a particular way is not sufficient reason for it to proceed if there is no reasonable prospect of conviction — and that’s certainly my view,” he said.
“It was not in the public interest to pursue this matter in this court.”
The jury of four men and eight women took just 75 minutes to find Const. Hoy, 59, not guilty of assaulting Mr Shahin in September 2010.

Um Assault, he clearly admits to it in the voice recording and even after he gave him permission to remove the keys. If the table were turned he would of been in handcuffs and locked up for the night. Just because he's wearing a blue uniform doesn't exempt him from the law.

Judge can easily lean to one side when they want to. You never know with a jury what you will get, especially a high profile person like him. Do you actually think the SA Police wanted this anywhere near court? Do you do realise the issues it would of cost them if he won?
