That makes it -

Collar bone - HH3
Knee - Carey
Ankle - Heater
A leg injury - Pag

Looney Bin - FC ;)

I'm sure there are plenty more

does it count if i don't play anymore due to injuries???
knee, then staph infection after knee surgery. 10 days in hospital and had home nurse visits and was hooked up to an antibiotic baxter pump for 3 weeks after discharge of hosp... missed pretty much 2 seasons of footy
Quad was shot for ages. an other leg issues which continued to give me the shits
Broken leg (broke it 2 minutes into first trial), continued leg and ankle pain after which i took pain killers just to get through trainings and games. Came back to soon. won a flag later that year which made things better...
Had to have ankle surgery the following year dues to continual problems... Gave the game up at 27... All that happened in a space of 4 years. :(

Exactly why in first year high school after two footy training sessions I looked ahead and decided to play Hockey instead.
(And at Uni swapped to Fencing - although the chicks at Fencing Club may have been a factor.)

Tore the posterior ligament in my ankle clean through.

Five weeks into a 7-8 week stint on the sidelines.

Our captain just did the same. He's still working on it and wants to play in another couple of weeks

I ran a decent jogging pace last night and even joined in some short end-to-end kicking, thought I was invincible again, once it hit a 20m leg though I was put back in my place.

One did show me the scars where a broken fencing foil went right through the upper part of her thigh despite the protective clothing. ;)

Another eventful Saturday. Got out of bed, into the shower, felt a bit funny so shut the water off.....next thing I know I woke up on the floor of the shower. I'd passed out cold. I was home alone, so couldve been bad if I hit my head.

So, off to the Emergency Room again, and spent 10 hours doing every test possible for blood clots in my lungs.

It really rattles you when they say you might have something they cant find, and that it could be fatal.

In the end they came to the conclusion that I was fine, but im glad they were thorough.
