Surely it makes much more sense for those minor Eastern States to change time zones to be aligned with us :D

Yeah I got one. 2012 KX-R. Bought it second hand about 12 months ago and couldn't rate it highly enough.
Is awesome especially for the long trips and you need to pack a lot of gear.
Some people talk about fuel efficiency being a negative, each time I fill up a tank it works out to an average of somewhere between 10 and 11L which I think is not too bad considering its size.
Don't regret buying it for a second.

No probs. Would expect to pay under $30k for a KX-R
We payed $27k for $43,000km.

In laws bought a KX-S 3-4 months ago for $29K that had done 90,000km.

I've been looking pretty solid and cannot find a KX-R for under 30k.

Best I have seen is a KX-R with sat nav, nudge bar, tow bar, roof racks, tint windows, front and rear sensors and I reckon we could get it for 34k. Has 27,000kms on it.

Ours doesnt have the sat nav nudge bar or roof racks.
I ended up buying from an auction in Melbourne and getting it trucked over cause it worked out cheaper.
Good luck.

I've been asked to look at acquiring some 'adult entertainment' for a Gentleman's Night.

Does anyone know of any decent companies that will do a good job?
Politicians kissing babies for good luck,
TV preachers sell salvation for a buck.
You don't need no golden cross to tell you wrong from right,

I've just looked up Risqué online, and I couldn't find Blair Bailey. However, the lasses look good!

The prices are quite good too. I think the lads will have a great night.

Cheers for your help @bennymacca and @The Ash Man!

All part-time 4WDs have limited off road capacity and are not really designed for any genuinely rough driving conditions.
The Kluger made be one of the most durable of this SUV breed though.

I suspect the market for them is more the roomy vehicle for occasional trips where a bit of slippery surface may be encountered.
In my experience women tend to like the space and the fact that other drivers are less likely to try to bully them off the road if they are in a large vehicle.

Between them and the true 4WD there have been some handy permanent all wheel drive options with manually or auto-locking centre diffs.

ok, in relation to this article: http://www.news.com.au/national/south-a ... 7213056530

i need to know about the charges that the bloke was hit with, "operating a radio communications device without a licence" and "possessing such a device without a licence"....

since when do we need to have a licence to have/operate a cb radio? am i breaking the law when i use the handheld units i purchased for when we go 4 wheel driving? am i a fully sick rebellious lawbreaker? brb, hiding the contraband

or is it just a law that they only bother charging you with if you are being a tool with it like the bloke in the article seems to have been?
