The WA Premier is just giving the people what they want. Over in the wild west they despise the east coast. This suits them perfectly, both politically and the general public.

Yep, he is not known as Mr 99% for nothing. They are a weird bunch that are fearful of the mongol hordes from the East invading their land.

Some of them should be put on criminal charges including man slaughter

Mikakos is up today and Andrews tomorrow, so it could be an interesting couple of days.

Hopefully Disaster Dan gets that smug look wiped off his face but no doubt there will be several fall guys that cop the brunt

SA Health trying time undo all the good work by the rest of us.

https://indaily.com.au/news/2020/09/24/ ... h%20review

The person in question was “counselled”.
Seriously? Is that it?
If I broke ISO last week, this is what could have happened to me:
Failure to comply with direction
People who fail to comply with a requirement or direction of the State Co-Ordinator (or an authorised officer) during a declared major emergency, incident or disaster under the Emergency Management Act 2004 (SA) may be charged with an offence.
Maximum Penalty:
If the offender is a natural person - $20,000 or imprisonment for 2 years
If the offender is a body corporate - $75,000
Expiation (fine): $1,000

Why doesn’t this apply to such a very serious breach?

I'm confused - has anyone failed to comply with a direction?

I think it's more a matter of the decision to grant the exemption was clearly wrong and possibly made without the appropriate authority.

It could be a sackable offence, but without knowing more detail it's a bit hard to pass judgement.

From some of the political analysis and commentary I have seen it appears all of these beauracrats so far are playing dumb and do not know who made the decision to use the dodgy security service etc it appears either they are all lying to cover Comrade Dans arse or they are all just incompetent idiots.

So my question is who is going to be made accountable for the deaths of 700 odd elderly citizens in Melbourne from WU HU FLU ????????

Disgusting these people have no heart or soul.

I said many months Comrade Dan should be charged with murder.

Incompetence is rife in the Socialist capital of Australia.

No deaths that I am aware in the SA Aged Sector fantastic policies in place.

Any person in charge should of known to protect the elderly just like in any FLU season.

Given that Aged Care homes are regulated by the Federal government, let's start with Scott Morrison and Richard Colbeck.
