Missus pulled a big box of books out of storage for us to cull .. 6 Year old Jnr goes through it a bit then comes over holding a VHS Cassette.

Jnr: "Whats this Dad?"
Me: "Thats a Video Tape mate"
Jnr: "How do you open it?"
Me: "You don't mate, you watch whatever is recorded on it"
Jnr: (Seriously flummoxed) "What do you watch it with"
Me: "Need a video player, which we don't have, so we'll just throw it out"
Jnr: "There's more here Dad, do we throw them all out?"
Me: "Unless one of them says Pamela Anderson and Tommy Lee, then yep mate we'll chuck them"
Jnr: (Flummoxed Again)
Me: "You'll understand someday son"

Just looking at fathers day cards for my dad and father-in-law and reading them with the kids. All of a sudden lil miss goodness (4) calls jnr Nugget (2) in to her room then both appear with massive smiles and a large wrapped present with a card. Mrs NG flies up and tells them to put it away and both start crying cos they wanna give me the present today!

Last week was the biggest sook fest and Jizz Fest of all time by crows fans.
And Bulldogs haven't said anything about it, Luke Darcy has.

The crows fan who come in asking me about the crows eagles game last Monday (and very talkative after every crows win) was very quiet this morning

Shouldve heard the way he was going on about the kangaroos Friday, you would've sworn the crows had already beaten the cats by 10 goals at that stage

It is quite flattering how you guys seem to care more about crows supporters than your own teams!
