Not to mention so many of the celebrity weddings that last a matter of hours or days.

My opinion is do whatever the hell you want, so long as all parties consent. I cant even really see the problem in polygamy either really. Imagine having 3 wifes all nagging the shit out of you :D

Im pro gay marriage without question.

Yes, without any relevant experience that certainly throws up some logistical challenges, ones I'd be willing to take head on, mind you.
