Why do I wake up with pins and needles in my hands every morning to the point where I cant move them?

Carpel Tunnel Syndrome When you sleep your hands hang down putting pressure on your nerves in your wrist that gives you pins and needles or even deadens the feeling in the hand. It was a common complaint for people using keyboards in the 80’s. I use a wrist bandage that has a plastic heel in it to keep my hand up when I sleep. When you add two of these to my Knee and Back wraps for arthritis (brought on by football injuries) I look like a mummy from Egypt at night.

I recently bought an optus prepaid phone and I've accumulated a heap of other crap that looks good on balance but seems relatively worthless.
