Banks don't want people coming into Branches. We go to Peoples Choice at West Lakes and they openly say that. We now go to Glenelg branch as bit more friendly.

The same people getting up at 5am for no reason whatsoever and fetching the Advertiser off the front lawn. Perhaps they should only open once a Fortnight on a Thursday.

They still do FFS.

Lucky scammers weren’t invented back then.

Provided me with endless amounts of fun until caller ID was introduced.

That’s why phone booths were invented.

Yeah, but nowhere near as effective as the A-K edition of yesteryear for interrogation.

I used to organise delivering them for our cricket club, we made good coin out of it, we’d be hammered by the end of the day though.

Parcel I am waiting for with Express Post.

Left Perth 27/2
Arrived in Adelaide 29/2

Then had been to Brisbane, Townsville, Brisbane, Sydney, Brisbane and touch down in Adelaide today. WTAF.

I don't trust any of them anymore.
I had an important parcel being delivered, and made sure it was by signature only, not to be left on the doorstep. They assured me under no circumstance is it to be delivered without a signature. Of course, I was home when he came and I opened the door and get it handed to me, no signature required, even after I offered to sign for it.

Great f..king system Australia Post ffs...

In the Adelaide Hills near us the ANZ and BSA still serve customers politely at the counter, but there is usually a small queue of 2 or 3 when you get there and only two counters manned. I mainly use debit cards anyway, or pay bigger bills by bank transfer, but occasionally I need to get some cash changed into smaller notes than 50s. (That's how I know about the service here.)

I gave up agreeing to direct debit from my accounts back in about 2000, when an Internet provider I was using folded and kept charging people for months after closing. Fortunately, I woke up to it early from other sources in eastern states before they started on my account, and I scrapped the credit card of which thay had the details in the nick of time...

It's an interesting one.
From the comments on social media about this, it seems racism only is racism against minorities or a suppressed race, whereas racism is not racism against the majority or perceived entitle race.

One thing is for sure, she is not the media darling anymore and never will be again.

Her comments, by some, are being celebrated.

Shoe on other foot and a copper is looking for another job, is probably moving house and his life would be ruined.

Laugh? I sure am.
