Lemongrass, why I no be there before?

Outstanding. $6.50 for the roast pork / lemongrass chicken combo and I see why the Facebook group hold it in such high esteem.

Roll was outstanding, fresh as can be, roast pork and lemongrass loaded into the roll, carrot, daikon, bit of spring onion, pate.....gold. Would have been 600g plus. Full as a goog. Quality feed for under $7.

Right up there with Roll'N on Bower for mine.

Roll'n
Lemongrass
Hangs

Just need to hit Ginos and Hewitt to really see where Roll'n and Lemongrass sits.

I've never had better pate than you get at Roll'n. The pate makes the roll in my eyes.

+1 for all the positive reviews on Hewett for mine. Best I've had, I also like the different breed names they give for each kind of roll!

Soonta - Waymouth St, James Place, Rundle Place and now on Henley Beach Road at Torrensville.

The roll I had was "pre-made" with the salads in there, I think for the lunch rush they must prepare the salad and just add the meat as required. I went roast pork with crackling.

The roll was a bit soft, reflective of the salad sitting in it for however long, the pork/crackling was good quality but short on supply, like, really short on the supply. The roll was packed with carrot and daikon and not much else.

$7.30 for the roast pork and $2 for the small can of coke. I won't say it was no good, but they'll need to pick up with the amount of competition in the area. 2 other breeders within about 500m of them.

All in all 6.5/10 with more filling required. All the filling was good quality, might have been the runt of he pure litter though. Will give them another go at some stage and see if they've improved.

PS - $2.50 for "double meat" taking the roll to basically $10.

Last Thursday I finally tried Lemongrass on Prospect Rd, happy to say it lived up to all of the hype, sensational, if not the best I've had, bloody close!!

Just went back to make sure it wasn't a fluke with a bulk order from work, so far 2 reckon it's their best ever, one thinks the chili is a bit much (bloody sook, hes married to a Viet girl, and I get extra on mine) but loved everything else about it, the rest are yet to go to lunch.

If they're the same ones as when I was up that way I agree, I used to pop over there every Saturday between coaching juniors and playing my game.

Had 3 this week. Went to Lemon grass on Prospect road and yes it wasn't bad although the meat was cold for mine that's a huge NO NO!, I was expecting better to be honest with the hype on here. The other 2 I need to mention are, Pho Linh, Bagsters road Salisbury North again mentioned on here but I thought it was a ripper special mention to the spring rolls and Pork balls both awesome.

The other we come across was by pure chance but it comes highly recommended from me, Viet-nam next to the peking duck joint on the Cnr of Days and Regency road. right up there with the best I've had and at $6 for a combo how can you go wrong, As the great Molly would say 'Do your self a favour' and give this joint a go, Its in my top 3.

Has anyone here tried B-Noi Rolls in Gawler Green shopping centre.

I've got to call in when I'm out that way, one of the owners, Phoung, used to work with us.
