The day of nothingness, although this year the dynamics have changed somewhat as evolution takes place.

What is everyone getting up to?

Going to the footy at Prospect, and doing some work at home. Other than that nothing else, thanks to the religious theocracy that means I have no choice but to stay home for the sake of something I don't believe in.

4:30am pick up to head out in my brothers boat to hopefully snaffle some king george or at worst a feed of blueys ( although they are on the move to deeper water at the moment ) . Low tide at 11:45 so back in around then and off to Mothers for roast pork and lamb in the webber for late lunch.

Will keep my hydration up as I'm not driving at all...

Seems to be a common theme.

BBQ in the park opposite Prospect then the footy. Dinner, probably roast chicken with the kids and packing for Melbourne road trip which begins on Saturday.

Should tie in well for me to come grab some. ;)

We've conceded that we'll be meeting after work and going out Thursday so Friday we've worked out we'll go pick the car up and then hit it again as we do some general tidying for the 20 people coming Sunday for my lamb yiros on the spit.

No kids from Wednesday night til Sunday morning is going to be pleasant, my kids' first Easter Sunday morning away from me since they were born, I think we'll all survive.

Hope you have a ball mate, I hope my kids are willing to do road trips together and with me when they are adults, sometimes I question whether they even like each other whereas other times their thoughtfulness towards each other is very humbling.

we will be heading off to the middle of nowhere to camp for the weekend. i plan on leaving very early, the wife is planning on leaving not so early..... so a sleep in it is apparently. still plan on having the car and camper packed and ready by thursday evening, so when the rest of the family get into the car ill chuck on some pants and join them

hanging out with some other families, in the middle of the scrub for the four days will be great. unfortunately this year we arent going for 6 days as we have in the past.

if i wasnt doing that it would have been footy at prospect and then stuff all i suppose

Up at 4.00am point the chariot in the Adelaide direction. Home by 1.00pm, first beer opened at 1.02pm.

That's poor planning. I'd be stopping at Tailem Bend and getting at least 2 and arriving back home with at least none.

Just because you say you're gonna do something, doesn't mean you need reminding every 6 months.
