More melanomas taken out the scalp today, 16 stitches, gunna be a painful weekend

Got my appointment with Sundoctors this afternoon
Nothing major in the past 5 years - mainly nitrogen touch ups
The old nurse giving me a lecture about having a suntan is the worst part

Had my yearly checkup at sundoctors just recently.
In and out in 15 mins.

If anyone doesn’t get checked regularly you should!
Especially if you played out door sport growing up or as an adult.

Nitro'd a couple of (same) spots but that's it for another year
In and out in 15 minutes

Seriously everyone - get an annual check
They keep photo records so they can compare
You have to pay a $70 gap with Sun Doctors but you dont have to wait weeks / months

12 year old girl got raped on the Seaford line, in broad daylight.

Sometimes capital punishment and/or vigilante justice is a good thing...
