Groover wrote:Hi guys, looking for some advice.
Our current plan with Adam/iiNet is due to finish soon and I'm looking to go elsewhere for my internet needs.
We are on WiMAX at the moment because we don't have and lines to the pole, Nbn is unavailable to us at the moment.
We are trying to avoid any major installation and setup fees, but if we can get a service that is reliable and doesn't drop out, then I guess I'd be willing to pay.

We also have Foxtel and were thinking of bundling the Internet up with them. Anyone had any experience with them?

if anyone has any better advice I'm happy to hear it.

I also used to have Adam WiMAX.

Changed to nuskope, also a WiMAX provider. They put their antenna on the same pole as the Adam one.

200gig for $60

Quite decent

I was looking at Foxtel but a bit of investigation soon found they had awful feedback.
Everyone will have different experiences living different distances from nodes/exchanges but I've found our current Iprimus unbelievable. Less lag than Opt us NBN, awesome speeds and we got it cheap for unlimited. I've had inter node in the past and they were good but they were charging $40pm more than Iprimus.
