Why would apple win a $1billion lawsuit against Samsung if apple copy Samsung. The apple vs Samsung will be a forever going lawsuit

Tested apps on an Ipad, Iphone 5, Samsung Galaxy 2, Galaxy 3, Note and HTC One today.
Was amazed at how slow the apple products are compared to every Samsung I did the same thing on.
Even managed to get a white screen of death on the Ipad twice!
HTC was frigging awful and easily the worst though, if I had one of those I'd throw it into a brick wall!

LOL. Sorry if posting results of the same app on different hardware upsets you. Im finding it very interesting and thought others might as not too many people get the opportunity I get at the moment.
Also the boffins here have had no issue with malware for any device theyve tested on and theyre going at it 7 days a week atm.
And Dedja, Im far from a fan boy for Android. Im a mobile fan slut and will only go with the best at the time when Im due for a new contract. PLus the HTC was frigging awful!

I'm amazed how similar all tablets and phones are, and how you can basically do whatever you want on any device (granted in different ways) if you take the time to use it and work it out. Apps that I've used on many platforms run pretty much the same minus a few cosmetic differences.

Overall these devices are so good at what they do that it's almost hard to make a bad choice. Almost.

It's getting to the point where it's a Ford v Holden debate - when both cars get you there in the end in remarkably similar ways.

(And for Centurion):

Fro my experience in the past, iOS is great. Android is great in theory, but it depends what phone you get as the manufacturer use their own "flavour" of Android. Remove the bloatware that comes with most and you get a far better device. Windows Phone is actually pretty damn impressive and with more apps being ported to it, it is a viable option. The interface, speed and response is easily as good as an iOS or Android based phone if not better.

Grab a friends phone who trusts you and ask to mess around with it for half an hour, use the Internet, make a call, send an SMS to yourself and see how it feels. That's the best indication.
I love 'Food and Stuff'. It's where I buy all of my food. And most of my stuff.

It's about time these companies are made to answer why it's more expensive to buy it here then the states. It's also not just technology it's everything.
