Brenton Hart? recruited from Claremont then to Norwood then North from memory then finished up at Glenelg.
2017, 2019 & 2020 PREMIERS
RICHMOND, RICHMOND, RICHMOND.

Let that be a lesson to you Sturt. You don't beat Glenelg 3 times in a row in Grand Finals and get away with it.

Yeah I think Luke Norman played for a couple of AFL clubs, without looking it up, I'm thinking they may have been Carlton and Melbourne.

Did Wayne Johnston play for both Port and Sturt?
Luke Toia Eagles to North
Max Parker Woodville to North, although he had retired before making a comeback.

Glenn Elliott St Kilda to Port to Torrens
Dick Jones South Melbourne to Glenelg to Torrens
Stephen Bailey Box Hill (?) to Norwood to West
Rhys Archard Echuca to South to North
Scott McGlone Echuca (and Swans list) to South to Sturt
Rob Popplestone Traralgon to Sturt to Torrens
Laurence Schache Essendon to Sturt to Torrens
Len Toyne Geelong to Sturt to South
and one that I'm not sure about and hoping someone out there is - Did that Carlton scumbag Wayne Johnston squeeze a game out of Port after Sturt finally got rid of him? Well, just before I post I see that Flying High is thinking along the same lines; Spelly, please note for your players' list.

Where was Max Parker originally recruited from? I had assumed he was a South Australian local. Re Wayne Johnston, I have a feeling he wanted to move to Port (not sure if he was cleared or not?) but didnt actually play a game for the Magpies.

Max Parker was originally from Footscray, but not sure how many games he played for them.
Todd Davey was from country NSW (IIRC) and transferred from Eagles to Norwood.

I don't think so. If I were able to access my files I could tell you for certain but I don't have the current Microsoft Office now to do so.

Does anyone know where John Roberts started his career? I dont recall him playing State footy for SA, so I'm thinking he may have come from interstate? Re his SANFL career, I'm thinking he started off at Torrens and went to Woodville (or was it the other way around?), then finished at North. I think there was some time spent at the Swans too. Another interstate recruit I'm thinking of was Robbie Muir who I have a feeling moved from Torrens to Woodville.
