Saw a fairly limp Blocky outfit on the weekend that did enough to win, they where never going to lose but Freeling certainly took it up to them and had them very worried.

Brook, Greeny has been signed on for next season so I think he has at least 2 more chances to coach against the blockies. He is doing very well just needs some more fire power and the club is very happy with him.

Chatting to some Blocky mates, they indicated that there maybe a possibility of another Westhof at Tanunda next year.

Freeling are a different side without Greenwood, he gives that side at least a
5 or 6 goal better outcome.
Another westhof, they are getting stronger & stronger every year.
Full credit to Tanunda for the local talent they have,
Bad luck for the rest of us who will see the Black & White hold the
cup for at least the next 3 or 4 seasons.

The really scarey thing about Tanunda is they have an outstanding U17s side this year as well. Right now they are a real premiership chance and their future is brighter than ever 8-[

Tanunda are much like centrals, they have great players that play elsewhere. if they had the likes of prior, kennedy, westhoff, meigal, hoklas making a come back at anytime, what monster would be created then.

Watching Josh Taylor take on Heath (Heater) Commane today down at Williamstown oval will be worth paying the gate fee to see today. If Tayls can keep commane quiet and Matt brooks (if he gets the job) does a job on James Angus, i reckon that will see Willaston take home the points heading into an exciting september for 2011. Plenty of match ups in the middle with the likes of Campbell, Baker, Walton and the Mc Cleans taking on The Stelzer twins and Adam Spencer, should be a good specticle.

have to mention the B Grade match up, is 1st v 2nd, looks to be the grand final decider pre match. Mossy should have the donnys fired up to keep the donny juggernaut in the reserves going along very nicely

Any Ango boys out there tell me if Rathjens shoulder/collar bone injury was bad, just a simple tackle on Schiller look to hurt him, seems to be a great lad so I hope he is fine.

Was a very disappointing result for willaston, dont know if there gone just yet, but will have to do the impossible to knock off tanunda next week at home then nuri away from elliot goodger. its looking like the AFL ladder right now, the team that fills 4th spot wont make any contribution to the finals race. Tanunda without a doubt will take number 4 premiership and i personelly cant see anyone to challenge them. Willaston b grade made a statement, giving barossa a going over after barossa had it all in the first quarter. if the donnys can play footy like that every week to the big dance then they will take the flag in the Reserves

The old man Rathjen was a little sore, just felt like he had gone 10 rounds with Iron Mike.
The young panthers had a crack, coach Hadden has now began weaning the young panther cubs for 2012.
Swoopers boys already have one hand on the 2012 premiership.

Give Tanunda the cup now, no side will get within 8 goals of them in finals.
Im tipping a Tanunda v Barossa rematch with probably a similar score to last year

Looked at the ladder last night,
Willaston, Nuri & Kapunda still in the mix for that 4th spot.
Who will get it?

I would be getting on Nuri for the 4th spot.

I heard Jamie Williams done his knee saturday for willaston and will be out for 12 months with a ACL. Willaston can not afford to lose him if they are going to be a threat.

No matter who gets that sopt, can't seem any of those sides making any impact came finals time. if barossa play like they did on saturday, they will face off against tanunda on the the one day in september. I reckon barossa can hold down bova with sharp, but cant see Centrals holding down Commane, Angus or Wills at once
