Well done to Barossa, they did play a great game. They were hard at the blockheads all day.

I would like to know is Roger James going on next year??

Had to leave before the end, who got the BOG?
Barossa probably had 4 of the top 5 players today but for me Christie or Sharpe were BOG
Strange move by Britton at 3/4 Time to put Kaesler in defence on Commane

I am gonna drag out the I told you so card,
predicted Barossa as premiers over Tanunda in early March (feel free to check),
Some of my other predictions were a little askew, like we (Ango) would be ok.
oops.
Great work by the dogs, a good bunch of lads and very deserving

A modest 5,000 punters trecked to Lyndoch oval.
4,500 of those punters were happy and the remaining had their first glimpse of the Magpies soft underbelly. :D (just for you Swooper)
The Boxheads were unable to chase down the 5 in a row set by the 1911,12,13,14,15 panthers sides.
The son of a gun (Aish) was a class act.
A humble appreciation to the end of a stella era for the Magpies.
Will we see a clean out or exodous as rumoured. If so a tall order with only 3 points in hand.

An era ends but what a way to go down to a bloody great Barossa outfit.Far to good all over the ground with Aish, Angus, Christie and Sharp being the stars for the Bulldogs.
The Maggies where galant in defeat but had there stars well held all day with Jenkins doing a great job on Sammy Agars and the smalls of Tanunda touched up by Stelzers.
Big plus to BD for the way the oval was presented and the crowd that I was told was closer to 6,000 behaved.
One of our supporters was evicted for throwing a can at Hermman the umpire and that's all the trouble I have been told.
Was concerned that cars where restricted but atmosphere with all the crowd 8 deep around fence was magnificent and maybe should be the model in the future.
Aish won the BOG but could have went to 4 others it was that hard to pick Barossa's best.
How great a player is Darren Sharpe, the bloke can't train with his back restricting him but he plays each Saturday and normally in the best each week-bloody freak and good lad to boot.
Let the rumors begin and Osma let us all know what you heard from batcave central.
Biggest rumor still is mass player exodus from Donnies and Gowans twins to jointly coach at Freeling.

Have heard the Premiers may lose a few next season.
Maybe a couple of retirements with Sharpey and Roger still undecided and have heard that Aish is heading back to Norwood

Well done to Barossa, they well and truly out played us and really deserved that win. A few of our supporters carried on about the umpires but when you are second to the ball and are not as desperate as Barossa, things will go against you.

Rumours begin, exodus will not be as large as rumoured and with 6 guns youngsters coming up from a very good U17's side, I think you will find that we will still be around the mark for a while yet and when those lads mature, look out. As for the soft underbelly Osama, it was a lot tougher than your sides over the past 5 years.

Uncle Sam you beat me to it, but the big rumour getting around is the Gowans boys to Freeling next year, would be massive for this league if it does come off.
