Millar may bring great mate Wilbur Wilson with him as assistant.
Dusty has some good results as a coach and luvs a beer so should fit in well with Jammo and Shooby.
Not sure what players he would bring apart from his son and maybe Adrian Wilson.

Birdwood would not get within 25 goals of Tanunda and 70 goals if you played netball against the Willaston team(in fact the Willaston netball team would probably beat the Birdwood A grade footy team).Fringe BLG players go to your comp and play key positions. What would you bring to our comp other than a huge percentage win each week and travel we don't really want.
And your intimidated comment is one of the funniest posts I have seen on the forum.
Grow up stay a hillbilly and play the bango on Saturday nights.

Sammy, how quick you forget, Barossa District are now the yard stick of the BL&G competition.

Osma did not say we are still yardstick just that we would beat them by 25 goals. No doubt Barossa have the squad to be the yardstick for several years to come and are now the hunted rather than the hunter.
Do you think Birdwood would be competitive?
And Afterthesiren you are a wanker so stick your banjo where it belongs

Hearing all sorts of rumors out of Donnies-some mass exodus and other that most are staying and only losing Taylor, Pepe, McDonald and Gordon.
Understand not wanting Gordon as he was not what was expected and 4 new signings to replace the players lost.

Have recently heard T.Rozman has signed with Fitzroy in the SAAFL.

I haven't heard that but wouldn't be surprised. AJ coaching would be a big lure. Demmo is also there.

Heard this at the clubhouse last night also.Footy is in real trouble when a lad with limitied ability gets paid $250 a game to play in Div 5 SAAFL.
Surely clubs have more brains than this but it looks like ex Donnies coach Wilson has it in for the Donnies by poaching players for ridiculous amounts.Case of player getting abitilities and capabilities mixed up and stupid club prepared to pay farcical amounts.
Rozman would not make the Tanunda (or Barossa Osma)A grade team.
Game I love is in deep trouble with this sort of payment happening and as long as we have idiots in charge of clubs that offer these ridiculous amounts the game with continue to spiral out of control until we see clubs go broke.
Can't blame player for taking the money under false pretences.

43 must be your IQ as your post is a ramble of stupidity and shows you know little about football or the survival of our great game.
I am simply saying that players our getting money they do not deserve but our clubs are all hell bent on winning and paying out these ridiculous amounts to players that would not be good enough to carry mtybag if i was still playing at the Magpies.
Willaston supporters I speak with where shattered at the amounts they paid players last year and the icing on the cake was paying South Adelaide $10,000 to get a clearance for Taylor who has now gone back to Gepps Cross.
If you can't work out what I am saying 43 you are dumber than I think.
Please piss off back to your forum and don't bother us with your rantings.

Looks like another knukelhead has surfaced and needs to be put back in his box in Smooth and Creamy.
Let me say again both Rozman and Copley are good lads but are just B grade footballers and them getting paid to play is a bloody joke and a slur on our game.Again I say it's not there fault but the club administrators that are hell bent on winning and paying out money to lads that would not be in Tanunda, Barossa's,Souths and Kapunda's A grade starting 21.
The standard they will or have been playing in is well below the BL&G and as I said neither would be worthy of paying to play in our Association.

Any word with whats happening at Nuri, whispers were that not everyone happy with Nat Slater going on?

Freeling still a mystery?

Is Brittain continuing at the magpies? Heard they are chasing Lubke back, I don't think he has signed at Mallala yet either (may be wrong on that though)?

Have we confirmed Browny has moved on from the Hanger?

Roger being chased by SANFL clubs apparently?

South, Central, Willaston all sorted, Ango close to announcing.

not very smooth or easy, if you're going to respond like that. If you only know about second rate leagues then you can't really comment on those of a higher standard like the BLG. Here we pay players on their ability not their reputations. Sammy's right, the 2 guys you mentioned aren't A graders in this association - fringe at best. Winning premierships in the good competitions is the real prize; any hack can chase a dollar.
If amateur teams want to throw around the cash that's their problem. The top teams - Tanunda, Barossa, South, Kapunda - in the Barossa pay for performance, that's why Willaston are out of pocket.
Back in your box Smoothy!

Can they afford to pay them, that's the bigger question? Second mortgage for someone might help cause Occer can spend it!
