Jai Bednall just tweeted in his MMCM page that he had spoken to West CEO Kym Russell, who confirmed that the Bloods were over the Salary Cap.

Clubs budget on a certain number of injuries in a season and West didn't have as many as expected according to Russell. Only very slightly over apparently and they let the SANFL know as soon as it was discovered
