Rumour has it he has a reputation that he is trying to free himself of on the footy field and wants to start afresh in a new league with no baggage. Just what Ive heard.

I wouldn't say it's a rumour. Hit's on young players behind the play, abuse to team mates, opposition and umpires just to name a couple. But does very well we he just concentrates on playing football. I think it would be the best thing he could do. He has been brought up at Moonta with this mentality and a change should do him the world of best.

Couple of whacks right there! Have also heard he throws about a fair bit of negative "advice" to his team mates! A fresh start may improve the attitude though.

Going away Sunday for a weeks well earned rest and recreation and will come back fresh and ready for the 2013 season.
To all regular posters on the forum all the best for Christmas and the New Year-eat well - drink in moderation and above all keep safe on the roads.
To all the rumors about Big Baz, Billy Wells,AJ and Schmidty leaving lets wait until clearances open and then see how many are lodged as Uncle Jack only loses the ones he does not want anymore.

Go the mighty Maggies in 2013.

Rumors at The Clubhouse have now turned to reality Sammy.
These decisions have now become reality and have been taken out of poor Uncle Jacks important hands.
Big Barry and AJ are about to grow a second head and go to Eudunda.
Also King Billy Coke Bottle has officially accepting a job at McDonalds in Albury and playing arrangement in the Albury League.
Uncle Jack will have to hand over the reigns to Uncle Carl if he keeps fumbling these deals!

From the Ovens and Murray Valley League forum in Vic Country.
Billy's team mate in NT seem to think he will be joining him at Albury.

Can we assume this is the official announcement Uncle Sam?

Osma you have ruined my new year go back into the mountains and stay there.
What shattering news if correct but I am hearing it is a big chance to happen and we will be in the big shit if we don't replace him with a ruckman with our bloody measley 3 points we get under the points system and yet barossa that finished second last year go to 12 points-work that out and you are a genius
Hope the lure of Mums home cooked roast will keep Billy with the magpies.
Barossa would be even money favs to go back to back if your info is correct Osma.

Seems we have a good one coming to Kapunda if all the posts are half correct.
Spoke with a mate at Kadina re Zwar and he was not very complimentary about the lad and backed up the mouth and snipping issues.
He will be in for a big shock if he tries this crap in the BLG.
I am sure King Carl will have the umps ready and waiting.

Young Stevie Rusca was at Mike Teakles house last night putting pen to paper in the Hills.
Will be a handy inclusion for the Panthers after missing the AFL draft last year and throwing that dream away.

Maybe BL&G has its first case of taking for points.
Would be taking a bit of a risk though coming from 4th.
No to many teams have won it from 4th.

Are you talking about the Donnybrooks 2011, tanking to keep points for the following year???

Only difference between them and Barossa, is Barossa won the GF, have more locals (and better quality) that will hang around, and have arguably recruited a better set of imports that will hang around not just chase cash.

At this point, only 1 games result difference between where Barossa are now to where Willaston were last year (granted a pretty important one!)

Solid rumour that Craig Harvey is disgruntled with the signings of Clayton & Sheedy at Mannum,
feeling that his midfield time is going to be slashed, there may be a return to Angaston on the cards.
And very soon.
Duke?

you are right there, vastly different results in recruiting, donnies got it wrong in 2011, suppose at the time they thought it was right. But if you think about it, barossa still has some very important members from there 06,07 premiership teams. they have a very well structured side that suites one another, the donnies never. will be interesting to see how this year goes, cant see the dogs or the maggies not in the 4, dont know who will be the other 2 until we see who has recruited who and who has left.

Travis Natt from Districts to Willaston?

Is this lad Greg Natt's son that played at the Donnies in the 80's

Harvey likes his money to much to come back although the grapes fetched a fair price this year and Shooby probably paying him to come back out of his own pocket and help out young Hermy.
Heard a rumor Hermy has brother Kym helping him out this year along with Craig Hiskins.

I will help you with your spotting and recon Uncle Sam and Lethal Dose
Might help you when Tanunda play Willaston this year. Round 1 on April 20th at Willaston, although Tanunda are a super side.

Travis Natt is a left footer. Rover or ruck/rover
Good in and under type player at the stoppages
Clearance work is good, and wins a lot of contested footy
About 5.9
Reasonably quick and will enjoy the vast expanses of Willaston Oval. Lots of room to move there.

Hope this helps

He would be 6'2" and is a Centre Half Back come Half Back Flanker
Was voted Best in Finals last year
His Uncle is a bit of a legend at Willaston, and was in their Team of the Century i understand

Greg's son is Ashley. Ashley is either staying at Hamley or taking up a career as a professional punter. Travis is Greg's nephew...
