No one really wants to go watch footy in geelong. Etihad or mcg is a different story.

Yep huge amount of pressure on them now. whats their record 49 out of last 51? I guess 49/52 is still pretty good ;)
Freo well rested and one of the few teams that could grind out a win down there.

Surprise surprise. Look who is here. Not as much pressure as having the best win loss record in the league for the last three seasons and not having a flag to show for it.

Hmmm 49/52 it is

Bluey McGrath in a bit of strife.

Geelong past players and club officials invite you to join ‘A Night for Bluey’ on Friday November 22nd to help raise money for the 226 AFL game-player, Tim McGrath.

Early this year McGrath, who is a father of three girls, was diagnosed with cancer and is currently undergoing treatment to fight stage three melanoma.

McGrath, who played 219 games with the Cats during 1992 – 2002, undertook a pivotal role for Geelong’s defence force, after being drafted from North Melbourne in 1992. During his 10-year career, which included 11 finals and three Grand Finals, McGrath averaged 16 disposals and four marks per game.

I heard he was no good, but this isn't sounding very good at all. Very Mike Parsons.

Fingers crossed he comes thru it ok.

the Western CatDogs look in good hands for the future... McCartney has Joel Corey, Cam Mooney and Matty Scarlett all as assistants... not a bad lineup
I am not talking to you for 3 minutes because you punched me in the head and it hurt and that was not okay for you to do

I agree with you and Beefy. Don't reckon it helped us much at all so we aren't doing it this year. I reckon North can win the flag this year.
