got rolled for 39 in the end.

That they did after the light towers went out for 1/2 hour or so, when they were 3/2. Glad they had Cooper otherwise it may have been less than 20.

Incredible dismissal! Got to love cricket and the weird and wonderful anomalies that can happen in a game.

Similar to the Symonds/Clarke dismissal in an ODI against Sri Lanka in 2006

They should be playing 2 spinners. Muirhead in for the rug imo.

Yep get rid off that park hack as well. Agreed. If they were to play two spinners then he should depart with Hodge.

Not sure who previously posted but they were right if the Australian public are going to take the T20 world cup seriously then they need to pick our best players in the team.

Who should be in the team that isn't? Besides injured players?

I think our best T20 side IS out there. Aside from the decision to play 1 or 2 spinners

Ideally to rattle off a few names Clarke, Johnson, Lyon, Harris, Smith.

If we win our next 3 games I am sure my feelings may be swayed but I hate losing and the 7/29 collapse pissed me off no end.

clarke, johnson, harris all injured. also think clarke isnt in the best six T20 batsmen we have.

i agree about lyon, not sure why he isnt over there.
smith is an interesting one too, not sure why he isnt over there, given he can bowl a bit and is a gun field too.

Let me know when the Saffers win a big event will you.
Despite going in as one of the favourites for every world cup they
manage to somehow botch it when it matters everytime
