i for one don't mind the royals... Don't really bother me... Will and Harry seem like good lads and Kate is hot. If they skip charles for king and hand it straight to Will it would be much better...

Ditto FC.

Anxiety attacks are horrible Jase- just got to try and beat that voice mate, as hard as it is to do sometimes..

I got some help from a brilliant therapist associated with my work. If you haven't seen anybody about them yet, shoot me a pm and i'll gladly pass on the details. Well worth it mate- just to air your thoughts and get some positive reciprocation is a great feeling.

Hope all starts to improve mate.

Spot on. As selfish and immature as it sounds, my problems tend to decrease when I don't give a **** about things. When I care, worry, or get emotionally invested, my mind works overtime. As a result of this, I have a little stutter, which you may not be able to notice, but I sure as shit do.

@Jase, if you ever need anyone to talk to, I'm sure @valleys07 and myself will be more than happy to listen.

I don't think about the Royals one way or the other beyond being Republican in principle, and so I know nothing about them apart from what comes up on TV before I get around to looking for something more interesting.

But I agree that "skip Charles" would definitely be an improvement on the status quo.

I hear ya. I'm on a daily dose of Zoloft for anxiety and also carry diazepam for spontaneous anxiety moments. The best thing is exercise. Doesn't have to be hardcore, just moving helps.

I got a bit pissed off at a beggar at the servo this morning.

i rocked up, and got out of the car, to be 'greeted' by this dickhead, who was asking for spare change to 'get some petrol'. I rummaged through my wallet, and gave him what had to be at least $1.50, as I don't often carry cash on me.

I said to him "I hope that helps you out", and he replied "Not really, I was looking for a little bit more".

That set me off.

Me: "That's pretty ******* ungrateful, I didn't have to give you anything. I may as well have my money back".

Him: "You can't do that, I need it for petrol"

Me: "I can if I want, because I'd rather it go to someone who appreciates it, not some prick who whinges that I didn't give him as much as he wanted."

Him: "You're a ****."

Me: "I might be a ****, but at least I'm not at a servo begging for change for imaginary petrol".

I then went inside the store, and came out with a pack of smokes, two bottles of Cokes, and $140 in $20 notes, which I pretended to count as I walked past him to get to the car.

The moral of the story is that if you are grateful for little things that come your way, you might just have someone be willing to do a little extra for you.

This prick's loss, I guess...
