Beard was ordinary. Kirkwood, Greenslade, Harms, Coad were Sturts best.

Young, Shaw, AhChee, Clurey, DBJ best for Port.

Appeared on TV that the superior fitness of Port Reserves told in the end.
Sturt were very competitive.

Appeared on TV that Port were on the good end of the worst 10 umpiring decisions of the day. Thought they were very stiff from that point of view.

The holding the ball interpretation was disgraceful today. Port were caught infront of goal in the 3rd in what was the most obvious decision that could be made but nothing, yet they pay the most ridiculous.
In the end we should've kicked the goals we missed, had our chances and blew it.
For a franchise that has 50k members they aren't very passionate when it comes to going to the game. Pi$$weak.

In the end just a case of Port taking their chances when it counted. Really wasn't much in that game all day! Good hard game of Football and both sides should be there deep in to the finals.

What was the crowd there today?

The death of your football team not stopping you asking pointless questions then.

You know nobody cares about the Maggies anymore don't you?

I agree - Sturt were screwed by the appalling AFL bias the umpires in the SANFL are showing. The performance of the maggots today was as bad as their effort last week re the Cows bias vs. the chooks.

Beard, Kirkwood and Watt walked out of the Magpies due to them being turned into a reserves team. They walked out due to the decisions that the PAFC board made that went 100% against what was promised only 2-3 years previous.
If Wingard or Monfries are in The Pimps best are you going to validate that by suggesting they are Sturt players?
I doubt it. You're a flog.

Watched this game a TV and must say the umpiring was a disgrace against Sturt.
Some absolutely baffling decisions with hints of AFL influence coming through ....

A big worry of things to come IMO ....:(
Is out of change.....thanks Cambridge Clarrie!!!

Just you wait till we get 50m pens, substitutes, and Viney-style 3 week suspensions for nothing.
