Meh good luck to Lockleys then if that's the case. I guess they do say "To be the best, you've got to beat the best", so if we want it we'll have to step up our game simple as that.

Would still look in to it I reckon. Worth a nosey.

Who's your source because I'd sack them? 7 is a long way off of 3! One's for a 19 year old in his first ever year of footy, one for bloke who went to the World Cup and missed a heap of games and the other is for a guy who's played 5 & 5 so we thought we'd do the right thing and apply for a permit therefore allowing the SAAFL to make the decision. If you have any other questions, just ask me as we don't have anything to hide.

Tips for this weekends games?

West Croydon v Ingle Farm - Arguably the game of the round, should be a cracker. Ingle Farm haven't had the best time of things for the past 6 weeks, but managed to show glimpses of what they're capable of last weekend against Lockleys. West Croydon are flying and demolished the Farmers a few weeks back, Stubberfield fires up against the Farm and will need stopping. Will the Hawks be brimming with confidence and deliver or will they be over confident and complacent and cop a rude shock?

Rosewater v Fitzroy - Can the Lions beat the 'Dogs for the 2nd time in a matter of weeks? Knock out final, the Lions have done well to get into the 5 after looking shot for most of the season. Dangerous forward line but Rosewater at home with their wealth of talent should get the job done.. this is one of those times when a team of champion$ will be a champion team.

Lockleys v Ingle Farm - Lockleys rattled Ingle Farm last week on their own turf to win by almost 6 goals, and will be excited for this weekend meeting them again this time at home. Sides are locked at 1-1 for this season, and both have a number of players who could turn the game. Should be an interesting match up, the difference could be the 732 permits Lockleys have coming into the game.

West Croydon v Mawson Lakes - Should be an interesting match, West Croydon at home in front of a decent crowd will be tough to stop. Have played good football over the latter part of the season. With Mawson Lakes C grade playing finals as well, they wont get the C graders in the side so will make it a bit more challenging, however I did think Mawson Lakes were one of the better B grade sides earlier in the season so I wouldn't underestimate them.

Welcome to D6 TOS and Brahma Lodge :D

So assuming the top 2 sides after the minor round from 6 and 7 managed to go up, 6 next year would look like:

Trinity OS
Brahma Lodge
Ingle Farm
Rosewater
Fitzroy
Lockleys
Mawson Lakes
Central United
Smithfield
Houghton

Lose the two long trips (Angle Vale and Mitchell Park) but gain more trips out norf (Smithfield, TOS, Brahma, CU) :(

Get rid of Lockleys and the Farms won't have to cross Torrens Rd.

Geez, thanks. That's a lot of trips out North for our boys. I'd better tell them to start saving their fuel discount coupons or start working out the car pool roster. Also I think you meant Houghton where you've put CU.
