Scum bags that stabbed my sons mate at Semi.
Saw a photo of these clowns last night and to say the look of I DONT GIVE A STUFF ABOUT SOCIETY was on their faces would be an understatement.

Our work load has been up and down of late, the construction industry had a slow start to 2014, things are now on the up and I'm increasingly busy. So much so that heading to Melbourne this week ( of all weeks ) for a three day conference shits me no end. I've got some good leads to follow up on, plenty of work on my desk(s) and could really do without the hassle/interruption/inconvenience of having to leave the office today and tomorrow while giving up a weekend with the family ( and my pub ) and missing Bathurst on Sunday.
PAFC. Forever.

LOOK OUT, WE'RE COMING!

I'm on the road between 3:30 & 4am daily and I quite often see kids as young as probably 13-14 roaming the streets.

I'll ask the question again.

Why is a 17 year old kid roaming the streets in the middle of the night?

When I was 17, I had a 11pm curfew, midnight if it was a special occasion.

Im sure there were 17 year olds wandering the streets when you were that age. (in the late 90's ;) ;) ) You just weren't one of them. Id say only a small percentage of 17 year olds today are out at night.

Ah how times have changed

17 was a great time, living the school dream (no work grind) still lots of house parties to go to, while also being able to get in to night clubs as well.

At 17 we were just finishing pre drinks at 11pm

I was out at nightclubs too - but i was expected to be home on the last bus.

I'm talking in days where you didn't even need to show photo ID to get in!

Off topic.
Meat heads were kicked out of a venue then returned to do something probably none of us would do.
That's the issue.

Not off topic at all . It's a very real topic.

Not taking anything away from your kids' mate. Awful thing to happen.

I read that it happened at or near the RSL.. unless I mis-read.

The fact that you'd have a disagreement with someone and then have the stupidity to return and do something that could kill the other person and throw your own future away at the same time is so pointless and stupid. There's no winners.

There's virtually no situation where any sane person could think going and stabbing someone is a reasonable solution to a disagreement. I hope they throw the book at this person/these people and they enjoy getting their arses stretched in jail for a long time to come

I was out at all hours when I was 17, but that was a couple of gazillion years ago. Can't say that I was out stabbing people though.
