VR7. #5.
Will be unbackable odds today, but a horse to watch. Will win a good race one day.

it gets the cash at $3.70 and of course Coombe on the fav, runs 2nd!!!

Yeah, thanks for the tip MT, I got to the pub just in time.

Backed it outright on the tote, got to $4.60 fixed. Ack

Also did the 1,2 over 1,2, over field trifecta for 83%. Easy $70 from $20. :D

What everyone think of melhams ride on dissident? I would've preferred to keep the big boy rolling 3 wide rather than ease him back and take away a stayers/middle distant momentum. In saying that think he was probably a pass mark for future races. 1200m definitely not ideal. Good barrier trial. Prolly reasonable coin for running an average 3rd

The Moonee Valley curse. Plenty of very good horses beaten by average horses at that track.

Anyone looking to kick off the day with a healthy price, be sure to have a little nibble on the first race at Grafton

NR1 No 12 Dupre @31win & $10place fixed currently

I'm having $5 win $15 place

Trial form is reasonable and should be around the mark in this weak maiden

was $1.90 fav in race 1 with Coombe on board

field of 7

6 of them were Craiglea runners

the one runner not a Craiglea wins the race

the fav runs 3rd for NTD

HOBART CUP DAY

race 7 - 1

race 8 - 1,7

race 9 = 3,5,10

race 10 - 4. the 7 looks like it could also figure in the placings, but it doesn't win out of turn.

I am mates with the owners of Miss Gidget, she is still nominated for the blue diamond, stable has a MASSIVE opinion of her and a BIG WATCH on her lead ups is warranted, currently $101 in the BD, worth an E/W ticket and a must follow in the lead up races ;)
When it comes to winning you need the skill and the will
